About The Position
You have a natural ability to satisfy guests by providing great service and by equipping them with exactly what they need! You have lots of energy and enthusiasm and a good knowledge of the merchandise the guests are renting. You provide prompt, efficient and friendly service, and you are aware of all current events and resort information in order to keep our guests informed!
Requirements
- High School
- Previous rental / repair shop experience, bike industry preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience
- Computer literate
- Working on your feet in the store for long periods of time
- Lifting and moving of rental / repair product, up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of guests to ensure appropriate bikes and safety gear are assigned for rental
- Assist bike mechanics when needed.
- Assist guests in fast and efficient returning of rental product.
- Continually strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
- Operate a computer POS system and all related procedures.
- Perform daily operational routines and all related procedures (cleanliness check list, etc.)
- Adhere to all security procedures involving cash handling, theft, liability, and premises.
- Complete a rental training checklist.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all Panorama products and services.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of all rental product and who it is best suited for.
