Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services field required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing policies and practices to ensure MJCH is compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Participates in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for MJCH.
• Assists with campus and cottage tours and inquiry phone calls as needed.
• Provides oversight for the Community Center ensuring the facility is maintained and meets the needs of residents.
• Provides organizational representation on the MJCH resident council committee.
• Serves as the lead for MJCH community communication through calendar, meeting, and memo format(s) (in collaboration with the Communications Manager).
