About The Position

Requirements
- Must meet the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Health for program/clinic staff.
- Must pass CORI/SORI background checks before working with the participants.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the Mt Fitness Programs/ Clinics as Program Director, Clinic Director, Assistant Director, Counselor, Coach, and Staff.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for each participant to play, grow, and learn the fundamentals of the respective program/clinic.
- Be a good example in appearance, conduct, language, and sportsmanship.
- Teach participants the importance of good standards in appearance, conduct, language, and sportsmanship.
