About The Position

We're seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to join our team. As our new Fitness Floor Staff Member you will: Supervisor the fitness floor and assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts Enforce Club policies Maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning and schedules Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred or current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification course
• A current CPR/AED certification or the ability and willingness to obtain upon hire
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Superior customer services skills

Responsibilities
