About The Position
Perform a variety of tasks in the moulding process of the blade.
Requirements
- Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Requires usage of respirator.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED or related experience
- Previous Manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Perform moulding tasks following work instructions
- Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass
- Assemble root plate with bushings
- Lay profiles and place bag over shell
- Complete the infusion process – vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process
- Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines
- Maintain 5s standards
