About The Position
Operates sheeters and moulders. Ensures that dough pieces are correct size and length depositing into pans correctly. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

- 1 or more year’s production experience.
Responsibilities
- Sets up all equipment according to established standards (sheeter rollers, flour sifters settings, guide rails, plow settings, pan guides, etc.).
- Ensures dough pieces are proper size and length according to standards.
- Ensures proper sheeting, moulding and panning per production standards.
- Removes all double dough pieces from pans.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and GMP’s.
- Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
