About The Position
Siouxland Community Health Center has one full-time opening for a MOUD Program Manager. The successful candidate will have solid experience and advanced knowledge in relevant areas and will perform primary functions including coordinating MOUD services, managing high-risk patients, supporting medication safety, and ensuring continuity of care. Additionally, the role involves providing oversight of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, managing partnerships, and coordinating supervision of staff delivering OUD services. This is not an exhaustive list of all functions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse required
- Active RN license in the State of Iowa required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in case management, care coordination, or public health nursing preferred
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder complex health needs, or behavioral health conditions strongly preferred
