Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees to meet performance expectations
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and High Purity manufacturing standards
  • Monitor production schedules, performance metrics, and operational output
  • Address and resolve operational challenges in real time
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce components
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Set up and operate machining equipment in a High Purity environment
  • Follow strict cleanliness and contamination control procedures
  • Inspect parts to verify compliance with specifications
  • Maintain documentation and adherence to process standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform precision welding on high purity components
  • Ensure weld quality meets technical and cleanliness standards
  • Inspect and verify weld integrity and compliance
  • Maintain welding equipment and a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams
  • Assemble and test point-of-use purification systems
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
  • Document production and testing results accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or performance issues
