About The Position

Marquis Association Management is hosting an invitation-only Job Fair for the opening of two luxury condominium properties in Miami’s Brickell and Edgewater neighborhoods. This event offers hospitality professionals a unique opportunity to connect directly with property leadership for roles in two distinguished developments: One Luxury Wellness Condominium (Brickell) and One Luxury Residential Condominium (Edgewater). We are seeking energetic, polished, and service-driven professionals who thrive in upscale environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Specifically, we are looking for multilingual guest service specialists with a strong passion for hospitality, who excel in dynamic environments, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and maintain a keen attention to detail while representing luxury living standards.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities strongly preferred; fluency in two or more languages is a plus
  • Previous hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience highly desirable
  • Strong front desk, guest relations, or customer service background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards
  • Experienced Start-Up Manager LCAM REQIRED (Must have prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or wellness property openings)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective candidates and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Provide detailed information about luxury wellness and residential condominiums, including amenities, services, and community features
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees
  • Support event logistics including registration, guest flow, and on-site coordination
  • Communicate effectively with multilingual guests to ensure clarity and personalized service
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and front desk excellence throughout the event
  • Collaborate with property representatives to support seamless engagement between candidates and management teams
