Requirements

  • Minimum of one year sales experience or equivalent training preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
  • Current valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis including make, type, and features of desired motorcycles.
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation both in the showroom and on the road.
  • Research availability of models and accessories using the computer database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowances, and purchase requirements.
  • Visually inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
