MOTORCYCLE SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT @ HARLEY-DAVIDSON American Road Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Motorcycle Sales at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH! Summary Description Serve as Administrative Assistant to Motorcycle Sales. Provide first class customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers. Major Duties and Responsibilities Prepare financial packets prior to sale closing. Ensure all information input by sales and finance managers is correct prior to funding. Input customers personal information for credit applications Filing and organizing deal jackets Liaison between dealership and underwriting; ensuring accuracy of all product and customer information. Respond to corporate emails and correspondence. Maintain accuracy of company website and sales floor inventory. Analyze and collect data for budgeting of future sales and finance goals. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications and Job Requirements Associate Degree preferred, High school or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent computer skills Strong interpersonal and professional skills in handling in person and telephone communication Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area Ability to handle multiple[le tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible schedule - evenings and weekends required Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50-75% of the time? Lift and carry up to 50lbs Frequent typing and operation of keyboard Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles Noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Requirements
