Provide detailed product knowledge and facilitate memorable test ride experiences. Guide customers through the sales process with assistance from management and finance teams. Manage and follow up on leads using dealership tools and resources. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business. Job Requirements: Qualifications At least one year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or related fields. Strong sales skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Organized with consistent follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales. A current, valid driver’s license. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
