Requirements

  • Valid motorcycle license is required.
  • Strong desire to succeed and commitment to starting a new career.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, and the internet.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Weekend and some evening availability.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with the public is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and discuss suitable motorcycle options.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Harley Davidson products and technology.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of motorcycles to customers.
  • Prepare quotes and explain options for new and used motorcycles.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support the sales process.
  • Assist online customers by scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
