Requirements

Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required.
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement

Responsibilities

Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
