About The Position
War Horse Harley-Davidson is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories. The associate will assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements, while staying informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, accurately handling transactions, collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals, and building strong customer relationships for repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
