About The Position

Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves delivering top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories, assisting customers in selecting appropriate items, staying informed on product lines and trends, maintaining a clean retail space, handling transactions accurately, collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals, and building customer relationships for repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer proficiency
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR, and drug testing

• Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements
