About The Position

This is a fully remote paralegal role with a PE-backed, nationally focused mass tort and personal injury platform that is building out its motor vehicle accident practice. The firm is adding its first dedicated MVA paralegal, so this is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who can independently manage files, communicate confidently, and help create structure as the practice scales. We are working with a growing, tech-forward legal services platform supporting a nationally focused mass tort and personal injury practice. The team is fully remote and distributed across multiple states, with a communication-heavy culture built around Slack, frequent collaboration, transparency, ownership, and accountability. This role will support the firm’s growing motor vehicle accident practice and will work closely with the partner and attorney team. The ideal candidate has real plaintiff-side MVA case-management experience and can move a case file from intake through settlement-ready status without needing constant direction.
