About The Position

Martz Bus is the leader in motor coach transportation for over a century and we are currently accepting applications for the position of Motor Coach Operator, at our Hyattsville, MD location. You will earn $20.00 per hour during training and will receive an increase upon completion of training to $26.31 per hour. We pay for training from start to finish. We provide transportation for Maryland Transit, the NBA, WNBA, local Universities and schools. We provide the opportunity to travel all over the country to destinations such as NY city, Hershey, PA; Baltimore, Williamsburg, VA and of course Washington DC. Requirements

• 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commercial Driver’s License or CDL permit
• Air Break and Passenger Endorsement
• Department of Transportation Approved Medical Card
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to passengers
• Ability to follow route instruction and maps/GPS utilities
• Operate cell phone/GPS device
• Trouble shoot minor mechanical problems
