About The Position

As a Motion Designer at Infinite Media, you will be a visual storyteller responsible for bringing clients’ stories to life through video. Infinite Media creates videos for mission-driven organizations, telling stories of lives saved, people freed from slavery, healing, and restored hope. You will turn high-level concepts into motion work that moves people to action across a wide range of brands and campaigns.

The role combines creative vision, technical skill in After Effects and motion tools, and the speed and organization needed to deliver high-quality work across multiple client brands at once, often on tight timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial agency experience.
• Proficiency in After Effects.
• Ability to produce high-quality work at a fast pace.
• A digital-native mindset and passion for solving design problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Ability to handle constructive criticism well.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and Premiere.
• A degree in design; BFA, BS, or BDes preferred.
• Experience art directing projects.
• Familiarity with nonprofit or cause marketing creative.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and animate motion work that communicates an image and a message and generates a response.
• Turn high-level concepts and strategy into finished motion pieces.
• Work within multiple client brand style guides while keeping each brand accurate and distinct.
• Art direct in certain scenarios, guiding the visual approach for a project or campaign.
• Bring fresh ideas to client work independently.
• Plan and prioritize many concurrent projects under deadline pressure.
• Learn unfamiliar tasks and troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Use available resources creatively to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
• Receive constructive feedback and revise work quickly and effectively.
