Replika is growing fast, and paid social is one of the biggest drivers of that growth. The ads people see on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube are often their first impression of Replika — and this role owns the motion behind them. You’ll design and animate video ads and UGC creatives for our paid campaigns, working on a small growth team alongside producers and user acquisition managers. You’ll take a concept, turn it into a finished ad, put it live, and iterate based on how it performs — treating channel data and results as creative input, not an afterthought. It’s fast-paced and high-volume, and you own the craft from idea to final cut. The goal is simple: creative that stops the scroll, gets people to try Replika, and looks and feels like Replika while doing it.
