Mosquito & Pest Authority is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Mosquito Control Technicians. This role involves protecting families and businesses from mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, and other pests by providing professional treatments. No prior pest control experience is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
Ability to walk on uneven terrain and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Apply mosquito control treatments to residential and commercial properties.
Safely operate backpack sprayers and other application equipment.
Drive a company vehicle between service appointments.
Communicate professionally with customers before and after each service.
Inspect properties and identify conditions that contribute to mosquito activity.
Follow all company safety procedures and pesticide label requirements.
Complete service documentation using company software.
Keep equipment and company vehicles clean and organized.
Represent Mosquito & Pest Authority professionally at every customer interaction.
