About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Mosquito Control Technician to join our growing team. This is a new and expanding business, which means every team member plays an important role in helping us build a strong presence in the Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill communities. In addition to delivering excellent mosquito control service, you must be comfortable supporting local marketing efforts such as hanging door hangers and placing yard signs in service areas. Requirements

Shows up consistently and follows through
Takes pride in representing a growing local business
Is resilient and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is self-motivated and willing to help grow the brand
Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Can lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer
Is willing to obtain a state pest control license (training provided)

Responsibilities

Driving to client homes and businesses throughout Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill
Inspecting properties for mosquito breeding areas and pest-conducive conditions
Applying mosquito control treatments using backpack sprayers and professional equipment
Creating protective barriers around homes to reduce future infestations
Educating homeowners on prevention and outdoor protection
Supporting business growth by distributing door hangers and placing lawn signs in targeted neighborhoods
Maintaining a clean, professional vehicle and equipment
Providing a consistent, positive, and professional customer experience every visit
