About The Position

This on-site role focuses on income and asset validation, supporting underwriting decisions by analyzing borrower financial documentation and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior mortgage, financial or banking is a plus
• Familiarity with tax returns, bank statements, and income calculations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly, take good notes, and adapt to guidelines

Responsibilities

• Analyze income and asset documentation using company guidelines, training, and tools
• Review and interpret tax returns and bank statements
• Perform income calculations and ensure accuracy
• Read, understand, and apply underwriting guidelines consistently
• Maintain organized documentation and detailed notes
• Utilize available resources to resolve questions and ensure compliance
