About The Position

This role supports customers through the home loan process by gathering documents, answering questions, and ensuring applications move smoothly from start to finish. The company is seeking customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract to hire position.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates must live within 60 miles of Winchester, VA
• No shift changes while on contract
• No time off permitted during the first 6 months of employment
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule throughout the contract
• Must successfully pass a compliance check

Responsibilities

• Help customers collect and submit required documents
• Follow up by phone, email, and online tools
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness
• Answer basic questions about the mortgage process
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Work closely with loan and mortgage teams to keep applications moving
