About The Position
Ideal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Servicer to manage first and second mortgage loan accounts throughout their lifecycle. This role involves loan preparation and funding, payment processing, escrow administration and analysis, insurance and tax disbursements, mortgage document recording, 1098 reporting, and ongoing servicing activities. The position requires ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing exceptional member service. Initially, the role will be in-office, transitioning to a rotating work-from-home and in-office schedule after training. Travel expectations are minimal.
Requirements
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
