About The Position

Develop a team of highly successful loan originators able to meet and exceed organizational production goals for residential real estate mortgage loans; manage existing client relationships; meet individual production goals as well as develop the team into an extremely productive business unit; identify marketing, product and service opportunities to meet requirements.

• Proficient reading, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient mathematical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient interpersonal relations skills
• Proficient management and supervisory skills
• Thorough working knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations
• Thorough working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures that impact mortgage loan services
• Thorough working knowledge of features and benefits of Bank loan products and services
• Valid driver's license

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Specialized bank mortgage lending education and training
