About The Position

The Mortgage Loan Officer Leader is responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving the performance of a team of mortgage loan officers. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, compliance oversight, and customer relationship management to ensure the team meets production goals while delivering excellent client service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of mortgage sales experience (Loan Officer or leadership experience preferred)
  • Active NMLS license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the loan process
  • Resolve escalated customer issues or concerns
