About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a Mortgage Program Manager. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in one of our 10 Minnesota branch locations. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and continuously improving United Prairie Bank’s mortgage program to support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for Mortgage Loan Officers, partners closely with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership, and ensures mortgage products, processes, and service standards align with organizational goals. You will monitor production, pipeline activity, quality, and performance trends; supports business development efforts; and promotes consistent execution of mortgage lending practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • NMLS registration or ability to obtain and maintain registration, is required for the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field, preferred.
  • Five or more years of mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or related banking experience, preferred.
  • Two or more years of leadership, coaching, program management, or supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage origination, secondary market/investor guidelines, processing, underwriting, closing, servicing handoffs, and regulatory requirements.
