About The Position

This full-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include: Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions Candidates who are looking for a great work environment, can achieve goals consistently and efficiently, want to work for an established organization with a history of growth and has the skills/background below, should apply.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and with a high degree of attention to detail
• Prior processing experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and telephone manner
• All applicants must be over 18 years of age
• Satisfactorily pass employment credit screen, background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of state and federal law governing real estate lending desirable
