About The Position
As a Mortgage Operations Processor, you will perform a variety of duties, both clerical and technical. Your focus will be coordinating the processing of mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy.

Nice To Haves
- Previous mortgage lending experience.
- Familiarity with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Bilingual/multilingual.
Responsibilities
- Review new loan files for completeness.
- Gather and organize required documentation.
- Prepare files for underwriting.
- Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other required documentation.
- Work closely with mortgage loan originators, underwriters, and other partners to meet established service level expectations.
- Clear underwriting conditions.
- Prepare Loan Estimate disclosures as needed.
- Help loans move successfully from application to closing.
