About The Position
As a Mortgage Operations Processor you will perform a variety of duties, both clerical and technical. Your focus will be coordinating the processing of mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy.

Nice To Haves
- Previous mortgage lending experience
- Familiarity with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Bilingual/multilingual
Responsibilities
- Reviewing new loan files for completeness
- Gathering and organizing required documentation
- Preparing files for underwriting
- Coordinating appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other required documentation
- Working closely with mortgage loan originators, underwriters, and other partners to meet established service level expectations
- Clearing underwriting conditions
- Preparing Loan Estimate disclosures as needed
- Helping loans move successfully from application to closing
