The role manages existing HFA client relationships across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing loan delivery pipelines, serving as the frontline contact for client issues, responding to client questions or problems, and coordinating internally with pricing, credit, fulfillment, and servicing teams to resolve issues. When lenders deliver loans, manage and monitor the pipeline of their accounts.
