About The Position

Learn and support various operational functions within the mortgage process. This role involves assisting internal teams with workflow management, loan file movement, document review, and other operational support tasks. The associate will maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and communicate effectively and professionally with team members and internal departments. Responsibilities include responding to requests, emails, and operational tasks in a timely manner, taking initiative to learn systems, processes, and mortgage terminology, and adapting to changing business needs. The role requires active participation in training and development opportunities, working independently while maintaining collaboration, and maintaining organization and efficiency in a high-volume environment. The associate will support operational goals, service level expectations, and departmental productivity standards, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic daily.

  • Compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.

  • Previous office, customer service, operations, or administrative experience preferred
  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
