About The Position

As a Loan Servicer II, you will serve as a key frontline contact supporting the servicing of mortgage, business, and consumer loans. This role leverages advanced servicing knowledge to ensure loans are accurately maintained, compliant with regulations, and delivered with exceptional member service. You will play a critical role in post-funding loan operations, reporting, and portfolio support, while acting as a resource to team members and helping drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of financial services experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and loan servicing systems

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years in the mortgage industry preferred
  • Previous experience as a mortgage servicer or processor preferred
  • Experience with secondary market or external investors preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
