Requirements
- 2+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
- Solid knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and general lending platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and process mortgage loan files from initial submission through underwriting and closing
- Ensure documentation complies with company, investor, and regulatory standards (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
- Gather, review, and verify documentation needed to support the loan process
- Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted in a timely and compliant manner
- Monitor files in LOS (Loan Origination System) and ensure up-to-date records
