Requirements
- Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
- 2+ years of front-end origination experience
- Established referral relationships
- Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
- Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment
Nice To Haves
- Luxury/investor market experience preferred
