Requirements
- Develop a strong knowledge and background in Mortgage lending
Responsibilities
- Developing new business
- Building relationships with referral sources
- Structuring loans to qualify for secondary marketing
- Preparation of HELOCs
- Determine optimal products and promotions to meet client needs
- Work closely with Mortgage Administrative team to resolve questions or problems as they arise
- Grow the business opportunities through prospecting and development of new referral sources
