Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or 2 years of progressive experience in lending related positions.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to demonstrate strong resiliency.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans.
Maintain knowledge of and advises applicants on available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
Meet standards and objectives defined by management for mortgage loan sales and cross-sells other Credit Union products.
Work with a team who values people over money. We DO NOT turn away loans based off their size.
Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicant, vendor, and department expectations.
Establish and maintain professional partnerships with realtors and others within the community which benefits the Credit Union.
