About The Position

This is a remote position for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The company is looking for individuals who are new to the mortgage industry but have a strong network and drive. They provide licensing, systems, and support to help new loan officers succeed. Satori Mortgage is a national team of over 50 producing loan officers, operating as a brokerage and correspondent lender. They emphasize a culture-first, tight-knit team environment with a focus on shared success and support. The onboarding and training program, the Satori Inner Circle, is designed by a producing loan officer to provide practical knowledge on origination mechanics, lender options, software, and prospecting systems. New loan officers receive a pod leader for guidance, access to the entire company for support, and direct interaction with leadership. Training includes hands-on practice with AI tools like Gemini and custom GPTs, including an Agent AI Masterclass. The ideal candidate has an existing network (sphere of influence, past clients, sales network, community relationships), is a self-starter, coachable, and ready to work in a 100% commission-based business with uncapped income potential. This role is not for those seeking a salary, a provided lead list, or a company that does not invest in its people. Satori Mortgage has over 20 years of experience and uses an assessment to understand how candidates are wired to win.

Requirements

  • Existing sphere of influence (contacts in phone, past-client base, sales network, community relationships).
  • Self-starter mentality; ability to generate own business.
  • Genuinely coachable; open to learning and taking feedback.
  • Ready to work in a 100% commission business with no income caps.
  • Willingness to obtain NMLS license (if not already possessed).
