About The Position

This is a remote position for individuals new to the mortgage industry but with a strong existing network and a drive to succeed. Satori Mortgage, a national team of over 50 producing loan officers, offers a unique onboarding and training program called the Satori Inner Circle. This program provides the necessary licensing, systems, and support to help individuals with a strong network and sales/relationship-building background transition into funded loans. The company operates as a brokerage and correspondent lender, emphasizing a culture-first, tight-knit team environment without corporate bureaucracy. The training is designed by a producing loan officer, focusing on practical skills, origination mechanics, lender options, software usage, and proven prospecting systems. New loan officers receive a pod leader for direct support, access to the entire company for quick answers, and direct access to leadership, including the president and CEO. The role is 100% commission-based with significant income potential and no caps. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong existing network, coachable, and ready to work hard in a commission-only environment. This opportunity is not for those seeking a salary, a provided lead list, or a company that does not actively support new licensees.

Requirements

  • Possess an existing sphere of influence, contacts, past-client base, sales network, or deep community relationships.
  • Demonstrate a strong drive and willingness to hustle.
  • Be a self-starter who can generate their own business.
  • Be genuinely coachable and open to feedback.
  • Be ready to work in a 100% commission business with no income caps.
  • Have passed or be studying for the NMLS exam.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the mechanics of mortgage origination, including running a file from start to finish.
