About The Position
This role is for individuals who are new to the mortgage industry but possess a strong network and the drive to succeed. The company provides licensing, systems, and support to help individuals turn their existing relationships and hustle into income through funded loans. Satori Mortgage is a national team of over 50 producing loan officers, operating as a brokerage and correspondent lender. They emphasize a culture-first, tight-knit team environment with a focus on supporting new loan officers. The onboarding and training are designed by experienced loan officers, offering a private community called the Satori Inner Circle for learning origination mechanics, lender options, software, and prospecting systems. New loan officers receive a pod leader for guidance, access to the entire company for quick answers, and direct access to leadership for scenario discussions. Training includes hands-on practice with AI tools like Gemini and custom GPTs, including an Agent AI Masterclass. The role is 100% commission-based with significant income potential.
Requirements
- Possess a sphere of influence (contacts, past clients, sales network, community relationships).
- Be a self-starter who makes things happen.
- Be genuinely coachable and open to feedback.
- Be ready to work in a 100% commission business with no income caps.
- Have passed or be studying for the NMLS exam.
- Willingness to obtain mortgage licensing.
