About The Position

Join our team at a leading Long Island-based mortgage bank as an in-house recruiter! We're looking for a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry to spearhead the recruitment of loan officers and Retail/P&L branch teams. In this role, you'll utilize your hands-on expertise in full cycle recruiting and leverage your deep understanding of the mortgage industry to attract top talent.

Requirements

Seasoned recruiter with a passion for the mortgage industry.
Outgoing and personable.
Capable of gracefully navigating challenges and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Adaptability, efficiency, and stellar follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with professional social media networks like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Experience with CRM candidate systems.

Ability to create engaging video content.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities with the CEO to recruit top originators and branch teams who self-generate their leads.
Develop metrics for driving annual organizational hiring goals for loan originators and branch offices.
Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including cold calling, internet research, utilizing professional social media networks, and leveraging personal contacts.
Oversee and maintain the recruiter CRM candidate system.
Strategically post positions in CRM software and other relevant platforms while actively reaching out to potential candidates.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate the interview process with other team members.
Provide support for new-hire onboarding procedures when needed.
