About The Position
Assist Mortgage Loan Officer in obtaining required documentation from the borrowers and other staff to assure loans are closed in a timely manner meeting customer expectations. Assure documentation meets all regulatory and agency guidelines. Work with the Mortgage Loan Officer in marketing First Financial Bank to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor OR Mortgage Loan Officer
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Loan Officer in obtaining documentation from customers
- Act as an interface between Loan Officer and Operations to obtain required documentation
- Work with other Mortgage systems as needed
- Interface with customer as needed
- Assist the Loan Officer in marketing efforts
- All other duties as assigned.
