About The Position

HomeLight is seeking a Mortgage Licensing Specialist to support its Buy Before You Sell product in Nevada. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and facilitating real estate transactions. The company will cover all costs associated with obtaining and renewing state licenses, including class hours and fees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to complete required continuing education. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring approximately 80 work hours per year.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete continuing education as required.
• Must be located in the Las Vegas Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in the state of Nevada.
• Support HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell program.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all licensing requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Function as a liaison with regulators as required, working with the compliance department.
• Attend occasional office meetings as necessary.
