About The Position
HomeLight is seeking a Mortgage Licensing Specialist to support its Buy Before You Sell product in Nevada. This role will serve as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in Nevada and will require approximately 80 work hours per year. The company will cover the costs associated with obtaining and renewing state licenses, including class hours and licensing fees. The position offers a flexible schedule and is part-time.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Las Vegas Metro Area
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to complete continuing education as required.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in the state of Nevada.
- Support HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell program.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all licensing requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Function as a liaison with regulators as required, working with the compliance department.
- Occasional office attendance as necessary.
