Inspectors then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app. The role involves determining occupancy status, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, taking photos with a smartphone, and completing a form via a downloadable app with multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
