About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by inspections of properties to determine occupancy status and physical condition for mortgage companies and banks. Inspectors are required to document their findings by taking specific photos and assessing the property's condition as occupied or vacant, and rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor. This information is then reported using a mobile app. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, or pizza delivery, who are looking for flexible, income-based work. The role operates on a 1099 contractor basis, and no resume is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
