About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for determining the occupancy status and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting the general condition via a mobile app. The role requires assessing whether a property is occupied or vacant, rating its condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, DoorDashers, or delivery personnel, who can complete multiple inspections per hour. Income is based on area and volume, with faster completion leading to more assignments. This is a 1099 contractor position with no resume required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
