About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to take specific photos and determine if they are occupied or vacant. Inspectors then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app, rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answering multiple-choice questions about its condition.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
