About The Position

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Mortgage Servicing team. In this role, you will assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with mortgage servicing inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Windows-based systems
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet connection for remote work requirements
Reliable transportation
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Call center experience preferred
Front desk or administrative experience considered
Retail or food service experience alone is not sufficient
2+ years of call center experience
Mortgage servicing experience
Insurance industry experience
Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

Handle approximately 45-60 inbound calls per day
Assist customers with mortgage servicing inquiries
Answer questions regarding mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and insurance coverage
Support borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
Research customer accounts and document interactions across multiple systems
Provide accurate information while meeting quality and performance standards
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Follow up via email when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout all interactions
